My comment today is in praise of naps :) One of the things that I've appreciated about this current state of affairs is the greater freedom to align my life with my natural rhythms. I am an early riser, and my thinking is clearest in the morning. Being able to work from 6 - 2 and then take a nap has been wonderful, and feels more natural than any work rhythm I've had before. It is calming, in a way, to be able to come into rhythm with my body and remain productive.

I was going through pictures of my extended family, cleaning my desk (one of the benefits of quarantine is time to putter). While not every relationship has always been perfect, knowing that I have a "clan", a group of people with a similar story (or at least who understand my story more than others), is calming.
